Ashutosh Digital Media provides website and landing page design/development services intended to help service businesses generate enquiries (e.g., WhatsApp messages, phone calls, and form leads). Exact deliverables, timelines, and scope are confirmed in writing (WhatsApp/email or proposal).

• Design and build of one-page or multi-section landing pages.
• Basic on-page SEO setup (where included in the agreed scope).
• Integration of contact actions (WhatsApp, call, forms) and tracking (where included).

Any service not explicitly included in the agreed scope (e.g., ongoing ad management, copywriting, advanced SEO, custom web apps, hosting procurement) is considered out of scope and may require an additional fee.

To deliver efficiently, you agree to provide timely access and materials, including (as applicable):

• Business details, services, pricing (if applicable), address, and contact information.
• Brand assets (logo, images) and any legal/compliance disclosures required for your industry.
• Access to domain/hosting/accounts if deployment requires it.

Delays in providing inputs or approvals can affect timelines. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you provide.

Fees, milestones, and payment methods are shared before starting. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work begins only after the required advance payment is received.

• Advance: Typically required to lock the project slot.
• Balance: Due before final handover or publishing, unless otherwise agreed.
• Taxes: Any applicable taxes/charges may be added as per law.

Late payments may pause work, support, or delivery until dues are cleared.

Because our services involve time-based creative and technical work, refunds depend on project stage and work completed. Any refund (if applicable) is calculated after deducting work completed, third-party costs, and processing charges.

• If you cancel before work begins, we may refund part of the advance after deductions for administrative/time booking costs.
• If you cancel after work begins, refunds are generally not available for completed milestones or delivered drafts.
• Third-party expenses (domains, hosting, paid plugins, paid tools, ads) are non-refundable.

If we are unable to deliver the agreed scope due to reasons solely attributable to us, we will work with you to fix the issue or agree on an appropriate resolution.

Unless otherwise agreed, you receive rights to use the final delivered website/landing page for your business after full payment is received.

• You retain ownership of your trademarks, logos, and content you provide.
• We retain rights to our underlying process, templates, code snippets, and know-how unless transferred in writing.
• We may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Projects may involve third-party providers (e.g., hosting, domains, analytics, WhatsApp, payment gateways, plugins). Their terms and availability are outside our control. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or service disruptions caused by third parties.

We respect your privacy. Any personal or business information shared for project execution is used only to deliver the agreed services and communicate with you.

We aim to provide high-quality work; however, results (leads, sales, rankings, conversions) depend on multiple external factors such as market conditions, competition, ad budgets, offer quality, and response speed.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim (where permitted by law).
• You agree to use the deliverables responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.
